Fun recipes to make and eat, but without all of the added sugar!
Frankenstein Kiwi Pops
Ingredients
- 2 kiwi slices - quartered
- 12 wooden lollipop sticks
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof pape.
- Cut a small slit each side of the kiwi and slide in a lollipop stick
- Melt chocolate in the microwave (using 10-20 second bursts) and pour into an icing bag or plastic bag (and cut off end)
- Pip onto the kiwi slice and use chocolate chips or buttons for eyes
Spiderweb Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
- 1 tablespoon whole milk yoghurt
- 2 bananas
- handful of berries
- Combine berries, banana and milk in a blender until smooth and pour into a bowl
- Spoon the yoghurt into an icing bag or plastic bag (and cut off end), squeezing to make 3 circles. Use a toothpick to create the web effect
Eyeball Marshmallows
Ingredients
- Bag of sugar free (or regular) marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon whole milk yoghurt
- Smarties (or similar)
- Dip the smarties in yoghurt and stick on the marshmallow
- Using the edible pen draw wriggly lines on the marshmallow and add pupils to the smarties
