At Active Superstars we plan, coordinate and prepare fun, energising games for all children to participate in during our sports sessions.
We like to be as unique as possible and ensure children have fun whilst working hard and learning new skills. Each week we will share our favourite ‘Game of the Week’ to give you an insight into our sessions and provide some inspiration for games of your own.
The Object of the Game
The object of the game is to clear the toys from your garden by throwing them into next doors garden in a certain amount of time. The team with the tidiest garden (or with less objects on their side of the divider) will be crowned winner.

Instructions
For this exciting throwing coordination game:
- Divide the group into two teams.
- Place chairs, benches or a badminton net in the middle of a badminton court or similar sized area.
- Spread out a number of objects such as bean bags and soft balls evenly on each side of the chosen divider.
Ensure children throw only one item at a time and encourage them to move around their garden.
Encourage younger children to throw under-arm and try increasing the height of the net for older children to so they can practise their overhead throw.
